Why BSA?

BSA Syndication / Boat share Structure is designed to ensure that the asset/vessel is always unencumbered and owned by the owners. BSA finances and structures the initial syndication between the owners but is essentially once the syndicate is formed, BSA becomes just a management company. Other boat share companies have gone insolvent and left the owners without management and without an asset to manage as it was in their company name, if something happens to BSA the asset is always owned by the owners.

With the new tax laws it is much more cost effective to own a portion of a vessel than an entire vessel. BSA ensures that the asset is maintained to the highest degree allowing a good return on the initial equity invested.
