A&B Management is a division of BSA that provides a premium boat management service for privately owned/syndicated vessels on Sydney Harbour.  We have managed over twenty syndicated boats and many privately owned vessels and we understand the level of attention required to ensure your boat is immaculately maintained.   We act with integrity and stand by what we say we will deliver.

Management Services

The following items are included within our management services:

• Refuelling vessel after each use (fuel costs are additional)
• Coordination with trades people as required - anti-fouling, slipping, re-programming  & updating of Ray Marine software, all outboard issues (dinghy), scheduling cleaning, scheduling mechanical and electrical services, any repairs required on fridges, audio & TV equipment, wipers, sunroof, toilets, minor repairs such as loose handles on doors, and any other repairs that may arise internally and externally*
• Comprehensive clean external and internal clean after each usage
• One comprehensive, gel coat, wax and polish – 3 monthly
• One comprehensive teak clean – 6 monthly
• Administration – processing accounts, customer liaison
• Supply of Tea, Coffee & sugar (fresh milk available on request)

*All maintenance servicing will be scheduled between 6am-9am to eliminate any interruption to boat owners.

Cleaning Services

The following items are included within our cleaning services:

 Exterior

• Each exterior clean includes:
• Boat wash down and chamois
• Anchor & anchor well
• Clears cleaning and conditioning
• Polish stainless & remove any stains
• High Pressure cleaning of Non Slip areas
• Engine room and Lazarette detailing
• Plus oil check
• Including use of quality cleaning products and equipment

Interior

• Each interior clean includes:
• Complete interior cleaning
• Leather and vinyl treatments
• Vacuuming
• Kitchen – including cupboards, microwave, refrigerator cleaning
• Bathroom cleaning
• Inclusive of quality cleaning products
• Linen & towels washed
• Including use of quality cleaning products and equipment
